Job Profile:
-Manage the Marketing and sales of REAL ESTATE
-Generate revenue through direct sale of Residential and Commercial project
- Ensure effective processing of leads with good follow-up by the marketing staff
-Looking after other back end activities of the sales and marketing function
- Provide feedback on potential sales & operating issues
- Regularly reporting on team efforts and achievements
- Ensuring good maintenance of data bank and reporting systems
